All Seniors Foundation accepts preliminary institutional inquiries about possible clinical placement partnerships in Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. This is not an announcement of active clinical capacity. A clinical pathway can move forward only when the responsible school or approved program, legal host site, qualified supervisor, student eligibility, scope, schedule, insurance, clearances, privacy and safety controls, evaluation method, and current capacity are all verified.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a clinical site, preceptor, rotation, externship, practicum, observership, patient contact, procedures, academic credit, or hours.

Clinical pathways that may be evaluated
All Seniors may review properly supported inquiries involving areas such as nursing, nurse-practitioner education, medical assisting, phlebotomy, physician-assistant education, medical observation, social work, behavioral health, therapy disciplines, nutrition, pharmacy, respiratory care, public health, and community health.
This list describes inquiry categories, not current openings. Each discipline has different rules, school standards, site needs, supervisor qualifications, scopes, and capacity limits. A pathway is not publicly promoted as available until its facts are documented.
What must exist before a clinical experience is offered
An authorized education program
The learner must be connected to the school or program required for the pathway. The school identifies curriculum, competencies, faculty oversight, evaluation, credit treatment, and the authority to approve hours.
A lawful and suitable host setting
The final arrangement must identify the actual legal entity and physical or approved remote setting responsible for the experience. A regional service page is not evidence of a clinical training site.
Qualified, available supervision
The supervisor or preceptor must meet the applicable license, experience, competency, orientation, and school requirements and must have current capacity to teach, supervise, and evaluate the learner.
A written scope
The parties document what the learner may observe, perform, prepare, access, or record—and what remains prohibited. Students do not work beyond their authorized educational scope or substitute for ordinary staff.
Agreements, classification, and insurance
The school, host, and organization resolve applicable affiliation terms, compensation or volunteer status, workers' compensation, professional and general liability, and other coverage before participation.
Privacy, safety, and patient protections
Record and patient access are limited to the approved role. Orientation, role-based access, confidentiality, infection-control and exposure safeguards, consent or notification practices, reporting, and emergency procedures must be defined before contact begins.
Evaluation and hour authority
The final arrangement identifies who evaluates the learner, who verifies hours, which form or system is used, and how concerns or early termination are handled.
California examples that shape the review
These examples explain why All Seniors uses a school-first process:
- The Medical Board of California explains that medical assistants are unlicensed and that specified technical-support services require appropriate supervision, including an on-premises supervisor when those services are performed.
- The California Department of Public Health explains that California phlebotomy training programs require Laboratory Field Services approval and that practical training sites and working agreements are part of the approval framework.
- The California Board of Registered Nursing explains that student nursing functions are connected to enrollment in a board-approved nursing program and faculty-supervised clinical education.
- The Board's out-of-state NP guidance addresses California approval, student licensure, qualified preceptors, written responsibilities, supervision, and evaluation for applicable programs.
- HHS guidance explains that supervised trainees can be included in a covered entity's training operations, while the responsible entity establishes appropriate policies and access.
These links provide general public guidance. The responsible school, host, and licensed professionals must verify the current rules for the specific discipline and arrangement.
Nurse-practitioner inquiries
Nurse-practitioner and other preceptorship inquiries must begin with the authorized school or program and the clinical-partnership review. All Seniors does not currently represent an available preceptor, rotation, placement, or block of clinical hours on this page.
Out-of-state NP programs seeking California placements should review the California BRN process linked above. An individual student's inquiry cannot replace program approval or a qualified preceptor arrangement.
What students should do
- Ask your school which exact setting, supervisor credential, competencies, hours, insurance, agreement, and evaluation it requires.
- Submit the student interest inquiry with summary information.
- Ask your authorized school coordinator to submit the school partnership inquiry.
- Do not send medical, identity, clearance, license, or patient documents through the initial form.
- Treat every discussion as preliminary until the responsible parties approve a written offer.

Schools and programs should use the dedicated partnership form. Individual students may express interest, but no clinical pathway moves forward without the required institutional and operational approvals.

Frequently asked questions
Does All Seniors currently have clinical openings?
This page accepts preliminary partnership inquiries; it does not represent that a particular discipline, site, supervisor, or schedule is currently available.
Can you guarantee a preceptor or sign my clinical hours?
No. A qualified, available preceptor and an authorized evaluation/hour process must be part of a verified written arrangement.
Can I arrange a rotation without my school?
Not when the pathway requires school approval, curriculum integration, an agreement, faculty oversight, evaluation, or clinical-program authorization. Ask your school coordinator to participate.
Can a medical-assistant student perform procedures?
Not based on an inquiry. Any activity must comply with California scope and supervision rules, the school's objectives, the host's policies, the supervisor's authorization, and the final written plan.
Can All Seniors provide a phlebotomy externship?
No phlebotomy site is promised. California practical training is tied to approved training-program requirements and documented clinical sites and agreements. A school or approved program may submit a partnership inquiry for review.
Will trainees have access to patient records?
Access is not automatic. If a real placement requires access, the responsible entity defines role-based access, supervision, training, privacy safeguards, and the minimum information needed for the approved purpose.
Is an observership the same as clinical training?
No. Observation does not authorize patient care, procedures, record access, licensure credit, residency credit, fellowship credit, or independent practice. Any observation plan still requires site, privacy, consent, safety, and supervision review.
Are placements available in both Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley?
All Seniors reviews inquiries connected to both regions. Location is determined only for a verified opportunity and is not guaranteed by this page.
