Website Accessibility Policy

Our accessibility commitment

All Seniors Foundation aims to make AllSeniors.org easier to use for older adults, caregivers and visitors with disabilities. Our goal is to improve access to senior-support information and website features using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a reference.

Some content and features may not yet meet that goal. We welcome feedback about barriers and use it to identify improvements. This policy describes our commitment; it is not a certification that every page or feature is fully accessible.

Accessibility priorities

Our improvement priorities include:

• Useful text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Captions and other appropriate alternatives for multimedia content.
• Readable text and sufficient color contrast.
• Controls and navigation that work with a keyboard.
• Text that can be enlarged and clear, logically ordered headings.

Request help or report a barrier

If you have trouble using a page or accessing information, use the All Seniors Foundation contact page or call (818) 581-4101 to request help. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered and your preferred way to receive the information. You may also tell us which browser or assistive technology you were using, if known.

Feedback about a specific barrier helps us understand where a change or an alternative way to access information may be needed.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility work includes reviewing page structure, content and interactive features as the website changes. Automated checks are one part of that work; they do not establish that every visitor can complete every task. Features supplied by other organizations may also require attention.
