All Seniors Foundation created this free senior wellness event for older adults, caregivers, and families in the Los Angeles area who wanted a simple way to connect, move, and receive practical health encouragement. The morning focused on light walking, friendly check-ins, and blood pressure awareness in a calm setting.
The goal was not speed or exercise performance. Seniors were encouraged to walk at a comfortable pace, pause when needed, ask questions, and spend time with staff and community members who care about preventive wellness. Small health habits can feel easier when they are supported by conversation, kindness, and a familiar local place.
We are grateful to every senior, caregiver, volunteer, and team member who attended. Events like this help remind our community that wellness can include movement, education, encouragement, and social connection. All Seniors Foundation will continue looking for practical ways to support older adults with free resources, care navigation, and community programs across Los Angeles County.
