Role Overview:
As a Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist, you will oversee home-based monitoring devices, analyze patient data, and alert clinicians to significant changes. Your vigilance ensures timely interventions and improved outcomes for seniors with chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain remote monitoring equipment in patients’ homes.
- Review patient data for trends, anomalies, and health risks.
