IT Support Specialist – Keep Senior-Care Technology Running Smoothly

We provide medical care, in-home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.
Role Overview:
As IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our 90+ staff, manage workstations and mobile devices, troubleshoot software issues, and maintain our network and security tools. You will be the friendly tech help our clinicians and outreach teams rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to IT help tickets including hardware, software, network, and access issues
- Set up new-hire workstations, mobile devices, and accounts (M365, Google Workspace, EHR)
- Manage software licenses, deployments, and patches across all endpoints
- Maintain endpoint security including antivirus, encryption, and MFA
- Document IT procedures, asset inventory, and password resets
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices (phishing, MFA, secure passwords)
Qualifications:
- 2+ years IT help desk or desktop support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or HIPAA environments a plus
- Bilingual ability a plus (Spanish, Korean, Armenian)
