Role Overview:
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the trusted right hand to our chief executive — managing calendar, communications, board prep, donor scheduling, and sensitive correspondence. You will be a force multiplier for the CEO’s impact on LA senior care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision: external meetings, board commitments, donor visits, internal one-on-ones
- Coordinate Board of Directors meetings: agendas, materials, minutes, and follow-up tracking
- Draft executive correspondence including donor letters, partner outreach, and internal memos
- Prepare presentations and briefing documents for high-stakes meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
Qualifications:
- 5+ years executive assistant experience, ideally supporting C-suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and CRM platforms
- Strong project-management instincts
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus
