Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)

Our Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) is specifically designed for older adults aged 55 and above. How SCSEP Works
SCSEP is a unique program offering eligible seniors part-time, paid community service positions. These flexible roles allow participants to balance their service with other responsibilities. we place participants in positions at non-profit organizations, public agencies, and community-based programs, ensuring the roles match each senior’s skills, abilities, and interests. This approach helps participants contribute effectively while benefiting from new experiences and challenges.
Types of Positions Available:
- Administrative Support: Assist with office management, data entry, and communications at local non-profits and government agencies.
- Customer Service: Help at community centers, senior service organizations, and public facilities by engaging with the public.
- Healthcare Assistance: Support healthcare providers and senior care organizations through administrative tasks or patient support roles.
