Kidz Kingdom PDHC is a Pediatric Day Health Care center that has been providing specialized care and support for medically fragile children since its establishment in 2008. Located in Los Angeles, California, Kidz Kingdom was founded in the valley. It stands out as the first Pediatric Day Health Care center in the Los Angeles area and is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services.
The center focuses on offering individualized and family-centered care, tailored to the unique needs of each child. The programs at Kidz Kingdom are designed to not only improve medical status and developmental functioning but also to foster play, learning, and social interaction. This approach helps the children reach their highest potential in a nurturing environment.
The team at Kidz Kingdom includes registered nurses, licensed vocational nurses, medical assistants, and certified nursing assistants, all trained in CPR and Advanced Life Support. They provide a range of nursing services, including vital checks, nursing assessments, medication administration, G-tube management, tracheostomy care, seizure monitoring, respiratory monitoring and treatment, and oxygen therapy. The care provided is based on doctor’s orders and tailored to each child’s specific needs.
