Role Overview:
As a Transportation Specialist, you will coordinate and provide transportation services for seniors. Your role ensures older adults reach their destinations comfortably and on time, improving their overall health, well-being, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage transportation appointments for medical visits and errands.
- Assist seniors with boarding, disembarking, and luggage as needed.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and accessible for elderly passengers.
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience working with older adults or mobility-challenged individuals preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
