Role Overview:
As a Senior Health and Wellness Facilitator, you will lead group fitness sessions, provide wellness education, and encourage healthy lifestyle habits. This position is specifically intended for individuals aged 55 and older, enabling you to draw on your own life experience and understanding of age-related health considerations. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will inspire seniors to stay active, informed, and engaged in their personal health journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct group exercise classes adapted to seniors’ mobility and fitness levels.
- Offer guidance on nutrition, hydration, and balanced meal planning.
- Teach stress reduction techniques, such as breathing exercises or yoga.
- Monitor participant progress, address concerns, and celebrate successes.
