Role Overview:
As a Senior Activity Group Leader, you will create and facilitate group programs that entertain, inspire, and energize older adults. This position is specifically designed for individuals aged 55 and older, allowing you to draw on your own life experience to understand, relate, and connect with participants. Through organized classes, discussions, and games, you’ll help build a sense of community, encourage social connections, and support healthy aging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead group activities tailored to seniors’ interests and abilities.
- Encourage participation, foster friendships, and create a welcoming environment.
- Adapt activities to accommodate varying skill levels and mobility needs.
- Track attendance, gather feedback, and refine programming.
