Role Overview:
As a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), you will manage patient records, ensure accuracy, maintain compliance with privacy regulations, and streamline data retrieval. Your attention to detail supports effective clinical decision-making and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, maintain, and update patient health records in EHR systems.
- Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with privacy laws (HIPAA).

Qualifications:
- RHIT certification required.
