Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Specialist to join our team. The Outreach Specialist will develop and implement outreach programs to connect with seniors and inform them about the services and resources available through All Seniors Foundation. This role is ideal for a passionate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to impact the community positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage seniors and their families.
- Identify and build relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and workshops to promote All Seniors Foundation services.
- Coordinate and participate in community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities.
- Distribute informational materials and resources to target audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and contacts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and service delivery.
- Gather feedback from seniors and community partners to improve outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community outreach, public relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to All Seniors Foundation’s mission.
