Role Overview:
As a Mobile Dental Hygienist, you will provide cleanings, oral hygiene education, and preventive treatments in seniors’ homes. Your gentle approach and personalized care ensure patients receive the oral care they need, even if mobility or transportation is challenging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings, fluoride treatments, and screenings.
- Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and denture care.
- Identify potential oral health issues and refer to dental professionals as needed.
- Maintain portable dental equipment and ensure infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist in California.
- Experience working with geriatric patients or mobile dentistry preferred.
