Role Overview:
As a Medication Technician, you will assist seniors in organizing and taking their medications as prescribed. You will ensure proper timing, dosage, and record-keeping, helping to maintain patients’ health, independence, and peace of mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize medication schedules, prepare pill organizers, and provide reminders.
- Monitor for potential side effects or missed doses and report concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Medication Technician, CNA, or related role.
- Familiarity with medication management and medical terminology.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.

What to Expect on the Job
On any given day, you may help with personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. You’ll work directly inside seniors’ homes across the LA area, often building lasting bonds with the families you serve. Schedules range from part-time and per-diem to full-time, with mornings, evenings, and weekend shifts available depending on client need.
